Ordering goods

The process for ordering goods is as follows:

• Customers may add items to their shopping basket by selecting the desired style, colour, size and quantity options, and clicking the add to basket button.
• A view of the items in the basket will be presented - unwanted items and/or incorrect quantity selections may be changed or items removed from the basket by means of the change quantity and delete items buttons.
• Customers may continue shopping by clicking continue shopping button or...
• Customers may proceed to checkout by clicking the checkout button to proceed to the order form. At this stage customers are presented with a summary of the items in their order and can view the shipping costs applicable to their country before committing to an order.
• At this stage, the cart may still be edited, prior to committing to an order, by clicking the link "Click here if you wish to go back to edit your cart"
• To conclude the order process, customers should firstly complete the order form with their contact and payment details.
• The customer should then click the submit secure order button to conclude the order. The customer will receive confirmation on screen and by email that their order has been submitted, along with an order summary and reference number, or they will be alerted by the web store to any required information which has been omitted before the order process may be concluded.

The successful completion of the order process above shall constitute the formal placing of an order with Urban Species Ltd and a commitment to a legally binding contract with Urban Species Ltd.

These terms and conditions apply only to orders made by completing the order process above on the web site at urbanspecies.co.uk.

UK law is the applicable law which governs all transactions with Urban Species Limited.
